This site is intended for Wholesale use only and as such our previous order minimum was $500+. However, we realize that this is a lot to commit for new accounts looking to try us out for the first time. To help with this, we’ve lowered the minimum order amount to $115 to allow new customers to ease into the site, but the expectation is that our customers will place orders of $500 or greater after that first order. To discourage abuse of this courtesy, we have instituted a Wholesale Pricing Fee that is charged at checkout along with Shipping on orders under $500. Orders over $500 will receive free shipping and the Wholesale Pricing Fee will be waived.
Do the images on your website represent the product exactly?
Although we try to keep our images as up to date and accurate as possible, some of our product and packaging images may not be identical to what you receive.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, but we recently changed this from $500 to $115 to allow new customers an opportunity to try us out without a huge commitment. However, orders under $500 will be subject to a $40 Shipping and Wholesale Pricing Fee. All orders must be $115 or more before taxes and shipping.
I’m trying to order a Sample Pack, but it won’t let me add to cart
Our Sample Pack product requires you to choose which Platinum Shatter strain, Premium Shatter strain, Live Resin, and Vape Pen Kit flavour you want to sample. You also get a 1ml sample of Clear Distillate and Phoenix Tears, as well as a THC Gummy, a CBD Gummy, and 500mg of Full-Spectrum CBD Oil. There are 9 fields in total and if you don’t select something for all 9 fields it will not allow you to add the sample pack to cart. My package is going to the wrong destination
If you’re tracking your package on the Canada Post website and it looks like it’s headed to the wrong city, it’s most likely due to human error at Canada Post. Human errors happen on occasion as the postal employee has to manually enter each postal code in the system and if they are off by a digit/letter, it can cause a routing error and subsequent delay of 1-2 days.
Why was my package sent with a “Signature Required”?
All orders are shipped with Signature Required for proof of delivery and to ensure that delivery is made to the correct individual.
What happens if I don’t get my package?
If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will have a look to make sure it was shipped to the correct address. Please note that we are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address because of customer error upon entering the shipping address. If we investigate and find that the package is truly lost, we will send you a 1x replacement package, free of charge. Any additional issues with the replacement package will be the responsibility of the customer.
We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues.
Canada Post says “successfully delivered” but I have not received my order
There are 2 likely scenarios:
- The postal worker put it in the wrong mailbox
- What often happens is that a postal worker will scan in all the packages saying they were “successfully delivered” then spend that day and/or the next day delivering it.
If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will have a look to make sure it was shipped to the correct address. Please note that we are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address because of customer error upon entering the shipping address. If we investigate and find that the package is truly lost, we will send you a 1x replacement package, free of charge. Any additional issues with the replacement package will be the responsibility of the customer.
Canada Post tracking information has not updated recently
If you’re tracking your package on Canada Post’s website and it has not updated in sometime, it’s most likely due to your package missing a scan, which is fairly common. More often than not, customers will get their packages on time or a day later. If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will have a look to make sure it was shipped to the correct address. Please note that we are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address because of customer error upon entering the shipping address. If we investigate and find that the package is truly lost, we will send you a 1x replacement package, free of charge. Any additional issues with the replacement package will be the responsibility of the customer.
How will my order be packaged/shipped?
Your order will be discreetly packaged and vacuum-sealed to protect and maintain your privacy. We ship using Canada Post Xpresspost mailers or nondescript boxes with no indication of what is inside.
